FELONY DKP SYSTEM

The FELONY DKP system is a modification of multiple DKP systems.

FELONY is first and foremost a LOOT COUNCIL system. Meaning, that at any time the Officers with a near Unanimous vote, can assign an Item. HOWEVER, we use a modified DKP system 99% of the time. (Since 2006, Loot Council has been used at most 3 times)

We have attempted to make this DKP system as fair as possible and to ensure regardless of progress or boss kills, that our Raiders get DKP for the time invested. We will try to distribute loot in such a way that:

Every Raid member has a fair opportunity to loot

Players that invest more time, gain more then those that invest less time

All DKP issues are handled by the Officer Corps. Guild Master has final say.

EARNING DKP:

Each RAID Night is 10 DKP

RAIDS that are mostly Progression Content are 20 DKP

DKP ADJUSTMENTS:

2 per Raid Hour DKP Attendance Bonus for 100% Raid Attendance in any given RAID week. (Measured in Raid Hours not Days)(All or Nothing)

DKP Bonus for NEW BOSS KILLS

DKP Adjustments can be added at anytime by the Officers

Late or Leaving Early = 50% DKP Loss for that Raid Night

Ninja AFK = Late

Missing a Raid without Posting = DKP Value of that Raid subtracted from Raider's DKP Total

Substandard Performance or Attitude Issues can result in DKP Loss

Bidding more DKP then posted = 20 DKP Penalty

DKP DECAY

Anyone under 65% attendance at the end of the month will lose 10% of their total DKP

Anyone under 40% attendance at the end of the month will lose 50% of their total DKP

Anyone who does not raid for 60 days or more will have their DKP completely RESET to 0 (*)

These adjustments are done every month, regardless if a member has already had a DKP Decay adjustment

(This means, if you consistently hold a 39% raid attendance, then every month, you will loose 50% of your DKP)

* The Guild Master can modify, change or waive the DKP Decay and DKP adjustments on a case by case basis depending on circumstances of absences. (i.e. Military Commitments, Childbirth, Work requirements, etc)

SPENDING DKP aka BIDDING

MINIMUM BID is 10 DKP

MAXIMUM BID is HOWEVER MUCH DKP YOU HAVE LISTED ON THE SITE

You are not allowed to BID more DKP than you have.

You can only BID once per Item.

The DKP you have at the start of the RAID is what you will use to determine how much you can BID.

You MUST adjust your bidding for any items won during the current Raid. (I.E. You start a Raid with 65 DKP. You win one item at 35 DKP and another item at 15 DKP. You now only have 15 DKP left to BID with.)

DKP earned DURING a RAID cannot be used to BID during the same Raid.

In the event that there is a Tie during BIDs, the players tied will roll off with the Winner recieving it for the Tied Value.

After an item is won, it cannot be SOLD, Traded or Given Away. If BOE it must be equipped immediately. If a BOE recipe, talent, or book, it must be learned immediately.

MAIN TANK GEARING:

At times, FELONY may activate MAIN TANK GEARING. This is used when the gearing of the MAIN TANK ahead of raiders is ESSENTIAL to progression. When used, the Officers will notify the Guild in writing with a list of items and values in advance.

ERRORS ON DKP SITE

If you notice an error with your attendance or DKP or someone elses, you must POST in our DKP Forums.

Errors older then 7 days will not be adjusted or changed.

It is each raiders responsibility to double check and keep track of their own DKPe check and keep track of
their own DKP
